My sales rep was Christina Butler, she was very quick to have my credit card and told us the our sofa would exist in within xxx days ( sept 2022) every calendar month we get pushed back 30 days, now the sofa will not be in until Apr 2022. Stay abroad from this visitor there a joke. the sales person doesn't call you dorsum, very quick in taking my payment.

Although they claim and annunciate to be a design center, CD is nada more than an overpriced furniture store with piece of furniture sales people hovering over you. They are only concerned about coin and getting paid fifty% upfront with the remainder paid earlier they deliver damaged furniture. Then you'll have to wait for a furniture bear upon upward. Everything nosotros had delivered was damaged- I remember they purchase damaged or irregulars from a manufacturer at a reduced cost and then sell it to the public at exorbinant prices. Well, where exercise I begin. An "expert" who purportedly assessed our space, and even "laid out" the effects according to scale, sold us a $22,500 custom bedroom set. Custom means NO accommodations if yous modify your listen. No exchange, no refund , no credit.. Well, the furniture doesn't git in the room. Is information technology our problem? I think not. We are not the experts, and wouldn't know the first thing about furniture. The experts I'll suggest, and the customer pays the price for their uniformed negligence.Months and months of empty promises to practice this and that.. not i person did any of it. We are stuck with a gorgeous $22,000 bedroom set that we may as well use for firewood. Do your research VERY VERY carefully before you set pes in this store. It had to go but the bones were adept. Our designers were Michael and Thomas and they brought our new vision to life. Everyone we had contact with was wonderful. Everything arrived on schedule and we were very satisfied with our feel from start to finish. I also love shopping their showroom flooring. Horrible company. Charged for design services but provided a furniture salesperson with no technical education. The person had no sense of proportion, was unable to put fabric materials together, and was totally incompetent. The furniture purchased was poor quality, though not inexpensive. Very Disappointed with the service and attending to detail. I cannot tell you the number of mistakes they fabricated and the delays in delivery .. Run to Robb & Stuckey ... The feel should have been pleasurable but information technology was far from it.. For the price you would believe they would have their game together which they did not.
